How long does it usually take you to complete an order?
It depends on how many I have and of course outside occurrences can hinder productivity. But it does not matter if it is smooth sailing or a bumpy ride I will remain in as MUCH contact as I possibly could. You will not be in the dark about your order.
Do you accept commissions with more than two people?
Yes I do. The price for more than two people will have to be discussed once you have contacted me.
I am confused as to how your pricing works. Please explain?
Upon filling out the complete order form and agreement, you will pay a down payment and I will begin working on your commission. Once the commission is done and you are happy with it you will send the "final payment". Example: The downpayment for one package is 5 dollars USD. once i am done you will send 20 dollars USD in order to receive all of your items. This means you have spent a total of 25 dollars USD in this exchange.
If I add something to the picture under the "extra" category and the price of my order increases, will my down payment increase?
No. The down payment does not increase, only your FINAL payment has the added price.
Do you take payment plans??
Yes I do! That is to be discussed when you contact me.
It says you charge for extra items, but I am giving you an IMVU/SL screenshot to repaint and the item is already there. Will I be charged for that?
No you will not be charged for it. If you have everything you wish to be repainted in your screen shot it will be repainted. The price only applies to larger items I have to draw into the picture. (I.e: teddy bears, pets, chairs, cups etc)
Do you still create banners/layouts/icons/ product pages?
At this moment I do not. I cannot speak for the future.
I ordered and unfortunately, I am not in love with the final product. I would rather not try again. What will happen to the picture?
Unfortunately this happens and it is okay that it does. If even after communication and work I do not achieve what you wish the image will be altered to where it does not fit your specifications (change in hair color, eye color, etc) and re-sold as pre-made work, or entered into one of my art raffles. You do not pay the final price if this is the case, but you will not receive a refund on the down payment.
I completely forgot about something I was supposed to add to the picture. The exchange has happened already. What now?
I allow a 24 hour "oops" period where I can make minor changes to your picture. Such as: "I forgot to add this accessory", "I misspelled my partners nick name", "a pink tint on the hair was needed". etc. Any major changes would have to be paid for no matter if it is still within the 24 hour "Oops" period.
